Project Description
Following HUD requirements, this project consists of a 35,000 SF wood framed skilled nursing facility. This is a forty-six room, seventy two bed facility. The exterior walls are EIFS and stone. All building entrances are furnished with extensive timber work. This project has a full commercial kitchen and large skilled nurse stations.  This project was originally scheduled to be completed in 12 months, but when the owners came to us and expressed interest in accelerating the schedule, we agreed to push as hard as we could.  With proper management and close coordination with the subcontractors we were able to bring this project in a head of schedule by over a month.
