Project Description
The parking garage at Citifront is three floors at 30,000 SF per floor.  Grade beams resting on geopiers, post tension slabs (2nd and 3rd floors), fire suppression system, storm drains, handicapped parking, built with in four inches of existing parking structure, parking canopies on 3rd floor, four elevators with associated four-story stair towers attached to 4-story condominium building.
