Project Description

Washington County School District Miscellaneous small projects:

Includes all projects throughout the district approx 1 million and under each.  We are the negotiated contractor with the school district when they have ANY needs for work to be done including the following types of projects:

-Remodels and additions

-Re-roofs and seismic upgrades

-Site projects including asphalt paving,          concrete sidewalks,

-160,000 SF school interior remodels that includes demo and removal of ceilings, grid, electrical, HVAC systems, fire sprinklers.  After removal and demo, re-install all new systems

-Painting projects

-New small storage buildings and                  facilities

-Restroom additions / remodels

-New gymnasium seating                            replacements

-HVAC and lighting upgrades

-Etc.
