In 1992, and after more than 42-years of experience working in the tile, stucco, drywall and fireproofing industry, Westland Construction was formed by Stanley A. Houghton, Jr. as a division of Houghton Plaster, Inc. Mr. Houghton currently serves as President and CEO of Westland Construction, Inc.
Headquarters
Westland Construction is newly headquartered in Orem, Utah. Our office, warehouse, and equipment yard is located just off University Parkway and Geneva Road in Orem. (Near I-15). We also have an additional warehouse and equipment yard located in Spanish Fork, Utah.
Southern Utah Office
In 2005 Westland was taken to the St. George area for two large multi-family projects. Since then, a thriving operation has been established to handle the Southern Utah, Arizona, & Nevada construction industries.
Professional Licensing
Westland Construction is licensed in Utah, Alaska, Arizona,
California, Hawaii, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, and for the Governments of
Samoa and Tonga.
Capacity
Our five year average of 85 employees ensures that Westland
always has the resources to effectively complete projects on time
and on budget. Currently we employ over one hundred individuals,
with an office staff totaling twenty.

Here at Westland Construction, we our proud to say that we have never failed to complete any work that we have been awarded. In addition, there has never been a time where our firm or its corporate officers have been involved in any judgments, claims, suits, or arbitration proceedings.
