This will be a new 35,000 sq.ft. facility to house the Ephraim YSA 1st Stake. The structure is wood framed with brick veneer. Project includes site demolition of an existing house with associated out buildings and a storage shed, large trees, fencing, concrete site elements, asphalt paving. New concrete site elements paving assocated utilites, construction of a pavilion, site lighting, and landscaping.
A construction schedule will be issued with addendum 2 that will be part of the bid documents.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
BECAUSE OF THE START TIME OF THIS PROJECT AND A COMPLETION DATE ON JULY 2012 WE WILL NOT ALLOW SUBS TO WORK A 4 DAY 10 HOUR SCHEDULE. THIS WILL BE A MANATORY 5 DAY A WEEK MINUMUM SCHEDULE. SATURDAYS WILL BE MANDITORY IF YOU ARE BEHIND SCHEDULE. IF YOU CANNOT AGREE TO THIS DO NOT BID THIS PROJECT.
